Dear Valued Partner,

Despite a constant reminder on the wrong email address, we are disappointed that there are partners who still failed to enter accurately and appropriately CUSTOMER EMAIL ADDRESS during the registration process. Address.  The statistic of cases highlighted by the Credit Management are alarming and need to be attended seriously

We believe in your serious commitment in acquiring quality sales, hence, please alert your team to adhere strictly the sales and registration process to avoid customer’s line get disconnected unnecessarily for not receiving the bills.

Please find below, the common mistakes on wrong/invalid email address captured in partner portal.


Again, we hope this email will treat as a final reminder to all partners again to adhere strictly in registering correct partner’s information.  Please also take note to remove immediately free TM email with,  We will not tolerate any more complaints of this nature by your team in the future.
